A business is as solid as its employees, and the factor which drives the business continuity is the “TRUST” between the employer and the resource or the employee. It has to work both ways, employee needs to trust his seniors and management that they will recognize his work and abilities and will be available in times of need, and vice-versa, the employer places his trust to perform, rather outperform, the daily tasks assigned to the employee.

How does that start? Well, the answer is ‘At the time hiring’. That’s when the HR and resource talk and chat about the concerning stuff; could be experience, locations, expectations and many other perspectives, and what comes out of this whole phenomenon is a hiring decision. A ‘YES’ or a ‘NO’.

A ‘yes’ always comes with an unseen trust, which an organization has placed in the resource, but this trust is quite opaque, if not translucent, at this point in time, as it is based what is disclosed by the resource is his resume. But, what if the disclosures are already twisted and re-phrased to make them convincing. That would not only displace the trust but can lead to negative eruptions anytime during the tenure of the role.
